Tomar nota de los cambios al reglamento en cuanto a mascotas (modificado en Asamblea de Noviembre de 2019) :
ARTÍCULO 14.- A fin de asegurar la tranquilidad y comodidad de los Condóminos, el buen aspecto y el prestigio del condominio, se establecen en forma enunciativa y no limitativa, las siguientes prohibiciones:
a. Los propietarios de cada unidad privativa cuyos nombres están transcritos en la escritura de propiedad podrá tener un máximo de 2 (dos) mascotas.
Dichos propietarios estarán obligados a tener sus mascotas con una correa y a supervisarlas cuando se encuentren en cualquiera de las áreas comunes. Así mismo estarán obligados a recoger y limpiar de forma inmediata las necesidades de sus mascotas. Ninguna mascota podrá entrar a la alberca. Los dueños de las mascotas estarán obligados a responder por los daños que su mascota cause al Condominio.
El derecho de tener mascotas en el Condominio es exclusivo de los Condóminos propietarios cuyos nombres están transcritos en la escritura de propiedad. Sus usuarios, parientes, arrendatarios y/o empleados no pueden tener bajo ninguna circunstancia mascotas en el Condominio.
Una multa de $176.00 (ciento setenta y seis pesos 00/100) se aplicará diariamente a los propietarios en cuya unidad se viole este artículo referente a las mascotas.
Take note of the changes to the regulation regarding pets (modified at the November 2019 Assembly):
ARTICLE 14.- In order to ensure the tranquility and comfort of the Condominiums, the good appearance and prestige of the condominium, the following prohibitions are established in an enunciative and non-limiting manner:
a. The owners of each private unit whose names are transcribed in the deed of ownership may have a maximum of 2 (two) pets.
These owners will be obliged to have their pets on a leash and to supervise them when they are in any of the common areas. They will also be obliged to collect and immediately clean the needs of their pets. No pet may enter the pool. Pet owners will be required to respond for damages caused by their pet to the Condominium.
The right to have pets in the Condominium is exclusive to the Owners whose names are transcribed in the deed of ownership. Its users, relatives, tenants and / or employees may not have pets in the Condominium under any circumstances.
A fine of $ 176.00 (one hundred seventy-six pesos 00/100) will be applied daily to the owners in whose unit this article regarding pets is violated.
